Mango achar is not bad. Some would say too sour. But hubby likes it just as much.
Also bought the garlic achar.The picture showed a whole bottle filled with garlic. But looks like no more than 10bpieces inside the 150gm jar. More of the gravy than garlic. Also very sour. To sour for a garlic lover
the texture is really unique, like a glistening fruit paste that actually stays on your toast or rice without running everywhere. it’s quite sweet though, so i think a bit more of a sour/tangy kick would make it even better, but for a 1/5 spice level it’s not bad
Mango goes well with South Asian food. I liked it. But garlic was the best. Goes well with any dish,any Asian cuisine specially rice dishes.👌👌
